By using Kyoumi you agree to these terms and to our Community Guidelines.
Who can use Kyoumi
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts that appear to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post, send and say in audio rooms and calls. You keep ownership of your content and give Kyoumi a license to host and display it in order to run the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or our guidelines, at our discretion and without notice.
Prohibited conduct
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, nudity or pornography, scams, spam, impersonation, selling, or attempts to move people off the platform for commercial or fraudulent purposes. No automated access, scraping, or attempts to break or probe our systems.
Subscriptions
Kyoumi Premium is a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store. You can cancel any time in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase.
Safety
Use block and report whenever someone makes you uncomfortable. Never send money to people you meet online.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings or at /delete-account.

Kyoumi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the conduct of other users.
